General Terms and Conditions
Only persons holding a valid ticket will be permitted to enter the event. Valid ID will be requested on entry to the event as the tickets are issued to named persons only. You must keep your ticket and or wristband (if one is issued) with you at all times during the event
Only persons having booked VIP packages will be allowed entry to the VIP area relevant to the VIP package they have booked.
Keep your tickets safe. Your ticket may be invalidated if any or part if it is removed, altered or defaced. Tickets cannot be duplicated if lost or stolen and the organisers will not be liable for any lost or stolen tickets.
Tickets maybe transferred to another person up until 72 hours before the scheduled start time of the venue and date that the ticket is valid for and can only be transferred to the same venue and date. The administration cost will be 250 Thai Baht per ticket per change.
All children over 2 years old must have a ticket in order to attend the event.
You must produce a valid printed ticket whether this is an e-ticket or manually issued ticket, a Photo ID card which clearly shows your name with a recent photo, at the club entrance. E.g. Driving Licence with Photo, Personal ID Card, Passport. No photocopies please.
If you leave the event re-entry is only allowed on production of your ticket, valid ID and wrist band if one is issued by the event organisers.
Customer Cancellation Policy
Tickets cannot be cancelled after purchase. Tickets maybe transferred to another person up until 72 hours before the scheduled start time of the venue and date that the ticket is valid for and can only be transferred to the same venue and date. The administration cost will be 250 Thai Baht per ticket per change.
Venue Cancellation
If for whatever reason the venue and or date has to be cancelled or changed due to circumstances outside of the organisers control a refund will not be given. The organisers will use their best endeavours to re-arrange the event on a different date and or venue and the ticket for the original event maybe, with the organisers agreement, be transferred to the new date and or venue. Their will be no refunds given if the weather on the date of the event is inclement and if therefore certain entertainment has to be changed or cancelled.

เฉพาะผู้ที่ถือบัตรใบนี้เท่านั้นที่จะอนุญาตให้เข้างาน รหัสจะถูกเรียกใช้ภายในงาน และจะออกบัตรภายในนามบุคคลเท่านั้น คุณต้องเก็บบัตรและสายรัดข้อมือ (ถ้ามีการออกให้) ไว้กับตัวท่านตลอดเวลาระหว่างอยู่ในงาน
เฉพาะบุคคลที่จองแพคเก็จวีไอพี จะสามารถเข้าสู่โซนวีไอพีได้ ตามแพคเก็จที่คุณได้จองไว้
เก็บรักษาบัตรของคุณไว้ให้ดี บัตรของคุณจะไม่สามารถใช้ได้ถ้ามีการลบเลือน แก้ไข หรือทำให้ผิดรูป บัตรนี้ไม่สามารถทำซ้ำ จำลอง หากมีการสูญหายหรือถูกขโมย ทางบริษัทจะไม่รับผิดชอบใดๆทั้งสิ้น
บัตรจะสามารถถ่ายโอนไปยังบุคคลอื่นได้ภายใน 72 ชั่วโมงก่อนเวลาเริ่มต้นที่กำหนดของสถานที่และวันที่ว่าบัตรถูกต้องและถ่ายโอนไปยังสถานที่และวันเดียวกัน ค่าใช้จ่ายในการเปลี่ยนแปลงบัตร 250 บาท
สำหรับเด็กที่มีอายุมากกว่า 2ปี จะต้องมีบัตรเข้างาน
ท่านจะต้องพิมพ์ออกบัตรที่ถูกต้อง อย่างไรก็ตาม ในการออกบัตรอิเล็กทรอนิก ท่านต้องแสดงบัตรประจำตัวของท่านที่มีการแสดงรูปและชื่อชัดเจน, ใบขับขี่, บัตรประชาชน หรือหนังสือเดินทาง กรุณางดถ่ายสำเนา
ในการเข้าออกงานจะอนุญาตเฉพาะผู้ที่มีบัตรและสายรัดข้อมือที่ทางงานออกให้
นโยบายการยกเลิก
บัตรจะสามารถถ่ายโอนไปยังบุคคลอื่นได้ภายใน 72 ชั่วโมงก่อนเวลาเริ่มต้นที่กำหนดของสถานที่และวันที่ว่าบัตรถูกต้องและถ่ายโอนไปยังสถานที่และวันเดียวกัน ค่าใช้จ่ายในการเปลี่ยนแปลงบัตร 250 บาท
การยกเลิกสถานที่จัดงาน
ถ้าด้วยเหตุผลใดก้อตามที่สถานที่จัดงานและหรือวันที่ได้ถูกยกเลิกหรือมีการเปลี่ยนแปลงเนื่องจากเหตุการณ์ภายนอกที่นอกเหนือจากการควบคุมจากทางเรา คุณจะไม่ได้รับการคืนเงิน ทางเราจะใช้ความพยายามที่ดีที่สุดจัดงานในวันที่แตกต่างกัน และหรือสถานที่และตั๋วสำหรับเหตุการณ์เดิม อาจจะมีข้อตกลงการจัดงานถูกโอนไปยังวันที่และสถานที่ใหม่
